Depending on the geographic location of the subject property, there are two crime reports that may be available through our service. These crime reports were compiled from available public records and are for general information purposes only. We make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy and completeness of the data nor as to the likelihood of crime occurring or not occurring at any given address, school district or neighborhood.

• FBI Uniform Crime Reports (UCR)
  Whenever available, actual crime rates are reported using data obtained from the FBI Uniform Crime Reports. The major sources of the data represented in these reports are the individual local enforcement agencies. There are approximately 16,800 city,county and state law enforcement agencies that contributing to these reports. The data is reported by cities and towns police departments. Unincorporated areas and rural areas that are not under city police departments are reported through other enforcement agencies such as Sheriffs, County Police or State Police departments.
